Job summary

Auntie Anne's Woodfield 2 in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will prepare, bake, and serve pretzels to brand standards, manage opening/closing, handle cash, and support training. Candidates with 1+ year of food service or supervisory experience are encouraged to apply. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated punctuality and dependability.
• TB clearance may be required by location.

Responsibilities
