Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the shift decision maker.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Escalate matters to store leadership when needed.
