Job summary

Jamba in Fresno, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and serve as the team motor of the store. You will ensure quality, service, and safety while keeping guests delighted and returning for more smoothies and bowls.

As the heartbeat of the store, you’ll motivate staff, resolve issues, and escalate to leadership when needed. This full-time role offers diverse hours and opportunities for growth within the Ohana.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active throughout shift
• Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills (POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service or nutrition terms is a bonus
