Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during shifts, ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and keep guests satisfied. You’ll motivate staff, solve on-shift issues, and escalate as needed to store leadership.

This role requires flexibility to cover weeknights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering an upbeat, high-energy customer experience. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll develop leadership skills and contribute to smooth daily

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to escalate matters to store leadership.
