Job summary

Jamba is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for the Porterville, CA store to lead the team on their shift, uphold food quality and safety, and ensure guests leave refreshed and satisfied. You’ll act as the heartbeat of the operation when leadership is away, keeping the store running smoothly and the team motivated.

This hands-on leadership role rewards problem-solving, guest service excellence, and teaching best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop and stay active during shifts.
• TB clearance required.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or nutrition terms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
