Flynn Arby’s is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead front-line teams and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise daily operations, train staff, uphold quality standards, and drive sales while managing inventory and collaborating with leadership to improve processes.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
