Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness while driving sales and ensuring top-tier performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role within Food/Hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
