Shake Shack is hiring a shift lead in Allen Park, MI to oversee service flow and direct a team of hourly Team Members. You will help build a high performing crew, assist with operations like purchasing and inventory, and participate in interviews and employee relations.

The role requires restaurant leadership experience, a food safety certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain safety, quality and speed across shifts.

Formación

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
