Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Texas location. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, driving staffing, safety, service standards, and guest satisfaction while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.
