Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach frontline teams, and ensure top guest experiences across our Colorado Springs location. As Manager-on-Duty, you’ll own staffing, safety, and service standards while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, shaping shift performance, and aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
