Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager-On-Duty to lead daily operations across our car wash and detailing services. You will oversee staffing, safety, service execution, and guest experience while guiding a team toward peak performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure brand and cleanliness standards are met.
• Focus areas include People & Staffing, Sales & Training, and Operations & Tunnel Leadership.
