Super Star Car Wash in California is seeking a Shift Manager (Manager-on-Duty) to lead daily operations, manage staffing, and uphold safety and brand standards. You will coach teams, resolve guest issues, and ensure smooth shift transitions in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsabilités

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
• Rotational focus areas: People & Staffing, Sales & Training, Operations & Tunnel leadership.
