Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience required.
• Car wash, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on, results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash.
• Lead a clean, safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Train, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory to ensure uptime.
• Develop and implement SOPs to maximize efficiency.
