Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager (Manager-on-Duty) to lead daily operations, oversee staffing, safety, and service standards, and protect the guest experience. You will rotate through People, Sales, and Operations leadership focus areas to build well-rounded leadership and drive performance.

As a leader, you will coach teams, ensure policy adherence, and maintain brand and cleanliness standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper opening/closing procedures
• Rotate through People, Sales, and Operations leadership focus areas
