Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and maintain safety and brand standards at our California locations. You will drive service quality, handle guest and team issues, and ensure smooth shift transitions.

The role requires at least 1 year in supervisory or leadership roles, and a high school diploma or GED. Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience is preferred, with a hands-on, energetic leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
