Steak ’n Shake Albany is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring strong openings and closings, coaching staff, and delivering fast, friendly service. The role emphasizes brand standards, team leadership, and dependable performance in a fast-paced setting.

Salary is up to $16.25 per hour with market-competitive benefits, including scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth. Applicant must be U.S. authorized and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
