Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts and ensure outstanding guest service. The role carries full accountability when management is not on site, with emphasis on personnel direction and operational controls.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
