Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager-On-Duty to lead daily operations, oversee staffing, safety, and service standards at our Fontana location. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion and driving seamless shift transitions.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, enforcing brand and safety policies, and coordinating training to develop leadership skills across areas such as staffing, sales, and operations. Outdoor work in all weather is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
