Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on-Duty to lead daily operations, ensure service excellence, and manage team performance in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will oversee staffing, shift execution, safety, and guest experience while modeling company values and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
