Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to be the on-site operations leader, driving daily execution, safety, and guest experience. You will manage staffing, training, and service standards across our busy car wash locations.

As Manager-on-Duty you will coach teams, resolve guest issues, and uphold brand quality. This role offers a clear pathway into higher-level leadership and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members.
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
