Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards.
• Support training and promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Identify safety risks and address issues promptly.
