Andy's Frozen Custard – Lee's Summit store is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily operations, modeling our Mission and Values, and owning store responsibilities. This role emphasizes training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional custard service and maintain high standards.

You must be at least 18 years old with 1–2 years of management experience in quick-service settings.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the store in partnership with the General Manager.
• Train and coach crew to achieve key results in Custard, Crew, and Customers.
• Ensure compliance with standards for product preparation, customer service, facilities, and financial accountability.
• Lead store operations in the GM's absence and communicate with District Manager and home office.
