Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, managing staff and customer inquiries.
• Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation.
• Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain records.
• Keep track of inventory and manage stock rotation.
• Prepare shift reports, including sales and incidents.
• Train new team members on policies and customer service standards.
• Handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist in promoting new menu items and promotions.
