Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification preferred but can be obtained on the job.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all aspects of the restaurant during your shift.

• Maintain high food safety standards.
• Handle cash registers and maintain accurate records.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• Train new team members on policies and procedures.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Assist in promoting new menu items and specials.
