Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members on assigned shifts, with full accountability when management is not present.

You will drive outstanding service, coach staff, and manage cash and inventory using AES systems to help the restaurant meet service, operations and financial goals.

Must have a reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification, and be able to work in varied temperatures, stand for 8–10 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
