Momentum Enterprises’ Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood, MA is seeking a high-energy Shift Manager to run the floor, coach a great crew, and ensure guests leave smiling. You’ll manage opening through closing, handle scheduling, and keep the park safe and welcoming, especially during busy evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership in fast-paced settings, maintain a positive guest focus, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced settings.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Run the show on your shift from opening to closing.
• Train, coach, and support your team.
• Help guests, solve problems on the spot, create WOW moments.
• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for fun.
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory.
• Serve as the link between crew and management.
