Job summary

Momentum Enterprises is hiring a Shift Manager at Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood. You will run the show on your shift, oversee opening to close, and ensure guests have a WOW experience. The role involves training staff, coordinating schedules, and solving on-the-spot problems.

We value upbeat, hands-on leaders who can manage a fast-paced team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help guests have fun while you support the management team. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certified or willing to certify within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift from opening to closing.
• Train, coach, and support the team.
• Assist guests and resolve issues on the spot to deliver a WOW experience.
• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for fun.
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory.

Shift Manager – Launch Family Entertainment, Norwood

Pay: 21–23/hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available. Our busiest (and most fun) shifts are evenings, weekends, and holidays, so that's when we need you most. Interviewing now, with quick start dates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run the show on your shift, from opening the doors to locking up at night
• Train, coach, and cheer on your team so they feel confident and supported
• Jump in to help guests, solve problems on the spot, and make every visit a WOW
• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for fun
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory
• Be the go-to link between your crew and the management team
