Job summary

Momentum Enterprises’ Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood, MA is seeking a high-energy Shift Manager to run the floor, coach a great crew, and ensure guests leave smiling. You’ll manage opening through closing, handle scheduling, and keep the park safe and welcoming, especially during busy evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership in fast-paced settings, maintain a positive guest focus, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Manager – Launch Family Entertainment, Norwood

Love leading a team, lighting up a room, and making sure every guest leaves smiling? Launch Norwood is looking for a high-energy Shift Manager who can run the floor, coach a great crew, and turn a busy Saturday into the best part of a family's weekend.

Pay: 21–23/hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available. Our busiest (and most fun) shifts are evenings, weekends, and holidays, so that's when we need you most. Interviewing now, with quick start dates.

What You'll Do

• Run the show on your shift, from opening the doors to locking up at night
• Train, coach, and cheer on your team so they feel confident and supported
• Jump in to help guests, solve problems on the spot, and make every visit a WOW
• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for fun
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory
• Be the go-to link between your crew and the management team
