Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking a Shift Manager at the FC Hickory Flat location in Georgia. You will oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager, lead the team to deliver exceptional service, and ensure food quality and safety while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

You’ll provide new hire training, handle customer interactions, and drive performance with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational goals, joining a winning team with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide new hire training and ongoing development for Team Members.
• Complete all necessary logs and paperwork.
• Deliver prompt and friendly service, take orders, process payments, and upsell where appropriate.
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Check equipment for proper functioning and temperature.
• Handle returns and refunds and resolve customer complaints when needed.
• Prepare and package signature items according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, handling, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant and storage areas.
