You will train staff, manage inventories, and uphold food safety while partnering with leadership to drive performance and growth. This role is on-site in a fast-paced Popeyes location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing shift operations.
• Understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and kitchen staff during shifts.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service at all times.
• Train new team members on policies and guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support staffing, labor, and cleanliness goals.
• Collaborate with management to improve performance.
