McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant in California seeks a motivated Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach crew, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. You will manage shifts, communicate with team members, and drive safe, efficient operation throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
• Oversee scheduling and training of staff.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
• Support departments to meet their goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to run a great shift.
