McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a crew in a fast-paced restaurant operated by a franchisee. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality service, and drive adherence to food safety and safety standards on a daily basis, while supporting training and scheduling to meet goals.

The role requires leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and a customer-focused mindset to help deliver great guest experiences in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Support departments in meeting their goals and provide coaching and training.
• Maintain food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, safety and security.
