McDonald’s corporate franchise is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, supervise crew, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and quality. You will plan and monitor shift operations, maintain inventory, and coordinate training and scheduling to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a passion for fast-paced service, and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and hand off to the next Shift Manager smoothly.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, safety, and profitability across the shift.
• Monitor and meet shift targets; support department goals as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and supervision of crew members.
• Maintain high standards of quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Support ongoing operations and respond to issues to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
