McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers, ensuring the team delivers Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. The role involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and maintaining safety and profitability, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and willingness to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, profitability, and communication to next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
