Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Punctual and prepared for shift start.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach team members, and deliver guest service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products to brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Train and develop new and existing team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
