Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays).
• TB clearance may be required by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shift.
• Comfortable in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or obtainable within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
