Job summary

Launch Framingham, part of Momentum Enterprises, is seeking friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. The role involves hosting birthday parties, managing attractions, assisting guests, and serving at Krave Cafe. No experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and easy to talk to.
• Loves working with kids, families, and groups.
• Dependable; you show up on time and ready to go.
• Comfortable when it's busy, loud, and full of energy.
• Excited to learn new roles around the park.
• Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in food service, retail, childcare, or events is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead birthday parties and group events as Party Host.
• Ensure guests have fun and stay safe on attractions.
• Greet guests with a friendly face at arrival as Guest Services.
• Serve food and drinks at Krave Cafe with speed and a smile.
• Rotate between roles during shifts to stay engaging.

Job description

Team Member - Launch Framingham

Pay: $15.25-$17.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time and flexible. We work around school, sports, and other commitments. Our busiest shifts are after school, evenings, weekends, and holidays, so that's when the fun really happens.
No experience needed. We'll train you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Party Host: Lead birthday parties and group events and make the guest of honor feel like a superstar
• Attractions: Keep guests safe and having a blast on our attractions
• Guest Services: Be the first smiling face guests see when they walk in
• Krave Cafe: Serve up food and drinks with speed and a smile
• Rotate between roles during your shift, so you'll never be bored
