McDonald's is looking for a Shift Manager in Training. The role requires prior managerial experience in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift.
• Monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with other Shift Managers and crew.
• Motivate, delegate, and coach the team.
• Complete assigned cleanliness tasks.
• Complete assigned planned maintenance tasks.
