Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous manager experience. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift.
• Monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with other Shift Managers and crew.
• Motivate, delegate, and coach the team.
• Complete assigned cleanliness tasks.
• Complete assigned planned maintenance tasks.
