Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and follow policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and beverage policies; assists with hiring and scheduling.
