Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts and support day-to-day operations.
• Assign roles, delegate tasks, and maintain team focus during shifts.
• Work hands-on across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed.
• Open/close the restaurant and designated office per procedures.
• Handle cash and complete shift reconciliations accurately.
• Conduct walk-throughs to identify operational needs and improvements.
• Support implementation of new procedures and promotions.
• Monitor and report daily performance metrics to leadership.
• Communicate staffing and equipment needs to management.
• Coach and support team members with a positive example.
