Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure legendary guest experiences. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, train staff, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will also manage inventory, monitor sales and labor metrics, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
