Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to support operational needs.
