Upstream Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for Tap Room in New York. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring a memorable guest experience and adherence to standards.

You'll oversee daily operations, conduct pre-shift checks, train new team members, and step in across floor, expo, or bar as needed to keep service running smoothly. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience.
• TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support team members during busy shifts to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Run daily pre-shift line checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor service flow and verify that all food and drinks meet Tap Room quality standards before serving.
• Communicate with other managers to align on daily goals and game plans.
• Provide hands-on training to new team members and reinforce Tap Room standards.
