Tap Room in New York is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations and uphold our high standards for guest experience. You will lead both FOH and BOH teams, ensure smooth shifts, and help maintain Tap Room quality across all service moments.

The role requires leadership in fast-paced settings, a guest-first mindset, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. TIPS certification is preferred or willingness to obtain, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team during busy shifts, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
• Run daily pre-shift line checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor service flow and ensure all food and drinks meet Tap Room quality standards.
• Communicate with other managers to align on goals and plans.
• Provide hands-on training to new team members and reinforce Tap Room standards.
• Step in on the floor, expo, or behind the bar to keep service flowing smoothly.
