Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide team as needed.
• Provide help and guidance to other team members.
• Ensure smooth operations during shifts.
