Tap Room began in 2011 with two bartenders—James Bonanno and David Johnson—who shared a vision: to build more than just a bar, but a place where great food, craft beer, and genuine hospitality brought people together. What started as a single neighborhood spot in Patchogue has grown into a fast‑growing hospitality group with multiple locations across Long Island, known for its welcoming vibe, strong team culture, and consistent guest experience.
We're proud to attract hospitality‑driven talent, from those building long‑term careers in the industry to those who simply love the work and want to earn extra income doing what they enjoy.
