Why Bally’s:

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:
As Food and Beverage Shift Manager, you will supervise restaurant activities and employees to ensure smooth and efficient service, ensuring staff meets service standards in the 24-hour outlet.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
2. Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the New York State Gaming Commission regulations.
4. Hire, train and manage staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
5. Maintain high food, service and health and safety standards.
6. Respond to guest and employee needs and resolve complaints and issues.
7. Inspect food outlets and observe workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
8. Control labor and operating expenses.
9. Schedule and direct staff in the performance of work assignments.
10. Maintain high visibility during peak periods.
11. Ensure all Guests receive superior service.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
3. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
4. Must have two or more years related experience.
5. Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
