Who We’re Looking For

FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

At Staypineapple, our food & beverage standards are very high—something our guests have come to expect. So it’s critical that everyone on our F&B team is the absolute best at their craft. If you’re detail-oriented, a natural leader and a team player, this could be the job for you. Our Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the management, direction and organization of the restaurant operations. You ensure that the food and beverage quality is spectacular—all while maximizing profits.

What To Expect

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• Ensuring that food and beverage team members consistently produce high quality food preparation and service
• Ensuring compliance of sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
• Overseeing positive guest service in all areas including responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Preparing schedules, covering shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts
• Supervising, coaching and mentoring team members to create an environment that encourages the development and growth of all involved
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two plus years in a fast-paced restaurant, bar or coffee shop in a supervisory role
• Food Handlers and Liquor Permit required
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
• Proficient at fulfilling guest requests in a thorough and timely manner
• Knowledge and application of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
