Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics
• Preferred 3 years in customer service and sales
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role
• Proven success in bidding, quoting RFP, RFQ, RFI, and awarding contracts
• Track record of freight movements, volumes, and revenues
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more employees
• Knowledge of over-the-road trucking (TL and LTL modes)
• Familiarity with Flatbed, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Over-Dimensional freight
• Experience with Load Boards (Truckstop and DAT)
• Knowledge of TMS and EDI systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
